HOT BIT MARKER ADHESIVE (USA/CANADA)

The right choice for Road Stud Marker fixing is the HOT BIT Marker Adhesive. This Adhesive is a hot-applied Bituminous Material which, when properly used and applied,bonds markers and reflectors to both asphalt and concrete pavement surfaces. The adhesive is supplied as an easy to use Single Component material which is easily melted and poured onto pavement surfaces. Since its a hot melt composition, the adhesive sets up on cooling and is ready for traffic in almost 5 minutes. Heating can be performed in either directly or indirectly heated melting units. The achesive contains no rubber polymers which can degrade at application temperature.

Epoxy + Resin + Hardner + Silica

Road Studs can also be fixed by using Epoxy Resin & Hardner in proper ratio in a container. Silla is usually added for quick fixing of the stud on to the road.
